Order Cancellation Policy

At La Mont, we try to process and dispatch orders quickly so you receive your products fast. If you need to cancel an order, please read the terms below.

When You Can Cancel

• You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or dispatched.
• If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please use the returns process after delivery.

How to Request Cancellation

Email us immediately at customer.care@lamont.co.in with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Refund Timing

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Subscription or recurring items follow their respective cancellation terms.
