Products may be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. You'll get an email update once processed.
Exchanges & Non-returnable items
Exchanges depend on stock availability. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances or sealed items opened by the customer cannot be returned unless defective.
