At La Mont, we aim to ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery of your orders. Please read the information below to understand our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, operational constraints or courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Usually free, depending on ongoing offers.
  • COD orders: May include an additional COD charge (visible at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link sent to your registered email or phone number. If your tracking status is not updating for 48 hours, contact us for support.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is marked RTO (returned to origin) due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Product

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Email: customer.care@lamont.co.in

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Only domestic shipping within India is available.
